The order matters more than the list. A titre test drawn before the microchip was fitted does not count, and redoing it costs three weeks.

Kerala's humidity puts snub-nosed breeds in the difficult bracket year-round rather than seasonally, and the Gulf corridors that dominate here are unforgiving about it.
